The staff were very professional yet friendly and the hotel is modern, clean and in a great location.

Only two things here, which I suppose are due to circumstance. There was a wedding reception in the hotel when I stayed and the music was pumping through the night. The second was that the single bed was slightly too narrow for me, being a larger guy.

Lots of amazing options for meal. Very very good building and rooms with a shower. Central location next to a taxi rank. Also - so close to shops, markets and restaurants as well as bars.

Really noisy area.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, the friendliness of the staff and the location.

Noise from the entertainment and the dull drone from the air conditioning unit, even at the low fan speed.

Locatie

Rox is the biggest wedding venue in Aberdeen. On friday and saturday, expect a lot of party noice untill 01.00 hrs, especially if your room is located on 2nd level or near stairs or elevator. Also rooms giving to the inner coartyard should expect noice from the drunk smokers outside.

The beds were extremely comfy. Fantastic shower. Very clean.

Loud music was played from the events held in the hotel on both the Friday and Saturday night, it finished just after one each morning.

Excellent, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great location. Also, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The only bad thing was that there wasn't enough hot water in the morning for two showers

Ive been in quite a few hotels/bnbs but i was amazed when i first walked in, everything very clean and tidy and bright, was impressed with the lovely young lady at reception who was very helpful.

The room I had was like in the attic. The window is slightly above the bed. In the afternoon, the sun is too bright it is painful to the eyes, I have to close the window. Therefore it is like evening in the afternoon inside the room

We visited the Glenfiddich Distillery and got to sample some amazing whiskies. Also checked out the Royal Lochnagar Distillery, a highlight. The location was perfect for our outings, right by the train station and city centre. Staff were friendly.

Had some issues with the upgraded executive room. There were no sockets beside the beds, and we were disappointed with the breakfast options.

The reception desk staff was very good. As far as the restaurant staff, I believe they need to provide the guests a little more attenton. I found the breakfast staff to be "absent" after taking your room number and asking if you wished coffee or tea, especially when we wanted additional fill-ups. Other than that, I will certainly stay there again when I return to Aberdeen.

I enjoyed my stay. The decor is modern and stylish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything. Breakfast had great choices.

Booked a deluxe room was given a standard room hotel tried to charge the online price for a deluxe but after a bit was charged the correct price
